Chief Marketing Officer Amelia Kondal is an MBA Candidate at the Crummer Graduate School of Business in the 3/2 Accelerated Management Program, pursuing a concentration in Entrepreneurship. Amelia is receiving her Bachelors of Arts in Business Management with a minor in Data Analytics at Rollins College this spring. Chief Financial Officer Ian Dean is an MBA Candidate at the Crummer Graduate School of Business in the 3/2 Accelerated Management Program, pursuing a concentration in Finance. Ian is receiving his Bachelors of Arts in Business Management at Rollins College this spring. During his time in undergrad, Ian was a part of the Rollins Men’s Lacrosse Team and studied abroad for a semester at the American University of Rome. While at AUR he was a member of the Business Club and Roma University Futsal League. Along with his involvement in Rollins Moving Services, Ian is dedicated to excelling academically, particularly in finance and business management, and has plans to pursue a career in the wealth management industry. |

Chief of Student Relations Max Farrell is an MBA Candidate at the Crummer Graduate School of Business in the 3/2 Accelerated Management Program, planning to pursue a concentration in Entrepreneurship. He will graduate during the spring of 2025 from Rollins College with a degree in Economics, where he was recognized for his academic excellence by the Economics Department.
