Chief Executive Officer Parker Dexter is an MBA Candidate at the Crummer Graduate School of Business, concentrating in Business Analytics. Originally from Mobile, Alabama, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management through the Rollins 3/2 Accelerated Management Program. Parker also brings three years of property management experience, providing a strong foundation for his work in moving and storage operations. At Rollins, Parker has been actively involved in InterVarsity and Pages for the Ages. Jesus has transformed his life and continues to guide him in all things. He feels blessed to serve as Chief Executive Officer of Rollins Moving Services and is excited to work alongside a talented team to expand RMS’s impact and support students across campus. |

Chief Operations Officer Pradyumn Mallepally is an MBA Candidate at the Crummer Graduate School of Business, pursuing the STEM-designated program with a focus on business analytics. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Rollins College, graduating cum laude. Pradyumn is actively involved in his family’s oil and gas business, where he contributes to operations and strategic development. In addition, he is an entrepreneur with two personal ventures, demonstrating his drive for growth, independence, and innovation. He values collaboration, efficiency, and forward-thinking leadership — principles he applies across his professional and academic pursuits. Zach Hobson '27 MBA
Chief Financial Officer Zach Hobson is an MBA Candidate at the Crummer Graduate School of Business in the 3/2 Accelerated Management Program, pursuing a concentration in Finance. Zach is receiving his Bachelors of Arts in Business Management at Rollins College this spring. During his time in undergrad, Zach was a part of the Rollins Men’s Lacrosse Team and studied abroad for a semester at CEA CAPA in London. Along with his involvement in Rollins Moving Services, Zach is dedicated to excelling academically, particularly in finance and business management, and has plans to pursue a career in the wealth management industry. |

Chief Marketing Officer Keary Stouch is an MBA candidate at the Crummer Graduate School of Business, concentrating in Marketing. Originally from the greater Philadelphia area, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Entrepreneurship through the Rollins 3/2 Accelerated Management Program. She has developed skills in consumer marketing through her internship in the pharmaceutical industry, where she gained firsthand experience working on brand strategy and customer engagement. During her time at Rollins, she has been involved in Alpha Delta Pi, serving in key leadership roles. She is grateful for her time at Rollins and the opportunities she has had over the past four years. Chief Student Relations Officer Born and raised in South Florida, Nicholas Caronna is an MBA candidate at the Crummer Graduate School of Business, concentrating in finance and data analytics. As an undergraduate student at Rollins College, he earned his BA in Business Management while being part of the 3/2 Accelerated Management Program. He’s spent most of his professional career at Titan Sales Consulting Corp., where he was responsible for client relationship management and communication with company partners.
